AI PMs Over Coffee ☕ Amrut Rajkarne (VC @ Nexus Venture Partners) and Saurav Gopal (VC @ Capria Ventures) and are hosting a small, curated gathering of AI Product Managers from across Bangalore. AI is fundamentally changing how products are built, how teams operate, and what great product management looks like. We wanted to bring together a group of thoughtful PMs building in and around AI to exchange notes, learn from each other, and have a few interesting conversations over great coffee. Discussion Themes 1. Becoming a 10x PM with AI Tools, workflows, and habits How PMs are using AI to move faster and make better decisions What separates the best AI PMs from the rest How is AI changing the day-to-day role of product managers? Which PM skills are becoming more important, and which are becoming less relevant? 2. What Are We Building? Interesting AI products and features being built across companies and why. What are you doing with Claude Skills, OpenClaw Agents, and any other tools. New product experiences that were not possible before AI , and whats exciting 3. What's Working vs What's Not? Experiments that are showing traction Failed assumptions, dead ends, and lessons learned Surprising user behaviors and adoption patterns Format 🕔 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM Quick introductions Moderated roundtable discussion led by the hosts Open discussion and exchange of ideas Coffee, cookies, and informal networking We're keeping this intentionally small (15–20 people) to ensure everyone gets a chance to participate and contribute.
