🤖💪🏻❤️🗝️ What Should You Build With AI? (Part 1) Find your startup direction in the AI Agent era 🚀⚡️
With the AI Agent wave accelerating, many tech professionals are asking a hard question: If AI can now write code, automate workflows, and replace parts of execution… then the real question is no longer just “Can I build this?” It’s: ✅ What should I build? ✅ Who should I build it for? ✅ And what is my role in a world where AI can do more of the work? A lot of technical people can build almost anything. But in this new AI-first world, the bigger challenge is not only technical ability. It’s knowing what direction to take, what problem is worth solving, which market to serve, and what kind of founder you are best positioned to become. This Friday, we’re starting a new workshop series for tech people, builders, operators, and solo entrepreneurs who are exploring how to launch their own AI Agentic-First Solo Startup. We’ll explore two important ideas: Product-Founder Fit What are you uniquely positioned to build based on your skills, experience, unfair advantages, interests, network, and lived problems? Product-Market Fit Who are you building for? What pain do they actually have? How do you validate demand before spending months building something impressive that nobody needs? This session is for people who don’t just want to react to AI disruption. It’s for people who want to turn uncertainty into direction, and technical ability into a focused startup path. We’ll also use this community to help match talents, ideas, resources, and possible collaborators because many solo founders don’t need a huge team, but they do need the right feedback loop, the right network, and the right people around them. 👉 Sign-up on Luma: https://luma.com/dxkun3mj 📅 Date: July 3 (Fri) ⏰ Time: 4–6pm 📍 Venue: Alexander Innovation Center 🛠️ Build in Public: Finding Your AI-First Startup Direction This week, we’ll explore how tech people and solo entrepreneurs can discover what to build in the AI Agent era, not by chasing hype, but by matching personal strengths with real market opportunities. What we’ll work through this week: ✅ What Should I Build? Clarify possible startup directions based on your skills, interests, domain knowledge, and unfair advantages. ✅ Who Should I Build It For? Identify target customers, user pain points, and market segments that are worth exploring. ✅ Product-Founder Fit Understand what you are uniquely positioned to build — and why you may have an edge. ✅ Product-Market Fit Learn how to test whether your idea solves a real, urgent, valuable problem. ✅ AI Agentic-First Opportunities Explore where AI agents create new possibilities for solo founders, SME tools, workflow automation, and niche markets. ✅ Community Talent Matching Share what you can build, what you need help with, and who you want to meet. ✅ From Confusion to Clarity Turn job-market uncertainty into a focused builder roadmap. 🛠️🦞 OpenClaw / AI Agents Sandbox: Build, Don’t Just Watch This is NOT a class. It’s a weekly workshop for Claw Pilots to demo progress, troubleshoot in real time, and exchange raw ideas. Be a Builder, Not a CD-ROM We value action over observation. Don’t just watch — share your ideas, experiments, questions, and “ah-ha” moments. Progress Over Perfection Unclear ideas, messy workflows, half-built demos, and failed experiments are welcome. That’s how we learn faster. Verifiable & Open We advocate for decentralized AI, secure systems, and authentic tech you can trust. 🗓️ Agenda 4:00 PM | Rapid Fire Intros Who are you, what can you build, and what direction are you exploring? 4:20 PM | What Should You Build With AI? How to find the right idea and team, avoid founder pitfalls, what the market wants and what investors look for? 4:45PM | Product-Founder Fit Workshop Map your skills, experience, interests, unfair advantages, and possible startup directions. 5:30 PM | Talent + Resource Matching Share what you’re building, what you need, and who you want to meet. 6:00 PM | Wrap 🚀 Who This Is For Tech Professionals You’re navigating AI disruption and wondering what direction to take next. Developers & Builders You can build products, but want sharper clarity on what is actually worth building. Solo Entrepreneurs You want to launch an AI-first startup without waiting for a big team. Operators, Designers & Product People You want to turn domain insight, user problems, or workflow knowledge into startup opportunities. Founders & Future Founders You want to find stronger alignment between your capabilities, your market, and your next move. Doers You’d rather explore, validate, and build than just talk about AI replacing jobs. Note: We meet every Friday, 4–6 PM. Bring your laptop, your ideas, your questions, and a friend. ⏳ Update Status If you can’t make it, please cancel 24 hours in advance. No-shows may be restricted from future sessions to keep things fair for those on the waitlist. #OpenClaw #AIAgents #BuildInPublic #ProductFounderFit #ProductMarketFit #SoloFounder #AIStartup #AgenticAI #Startups #AIC #AlexanderInnovationCenter #DecentralizedAI #VibeCoding
