AI Builder Café: Build Your AI Product & Launch Team Part 2 of Launch Your AI-Powered Business Before 2027 An idea starts to feel real when someone can use it. On November 6, build the agents that help you turn an idea or brief into a product, test it, launch it, and learn what happens next. Bring a business, business idea, app, client project, or product already in progress. If you built agents at the October Café, bring them along. If this is your first event, you can jump straight in. Build your product and launch team Choose the roles that matter to your project: Product Manager or Spec Writer: turns customer needs into a clear build plan. Designer or Prototyper: explores the experience and creates something you can show people. Builder or Engineer: helps turn the plan into a working product or workflow. QA and Verification Agent: checks the result and catches problems before launch. Website and Launch Operations Agent: prepares the page, assets, and launch tasks. Data Analyst or Launch Pulse Agent: tracks early signals and helps you decide what to improve. Already have some of these? Bring them. Improve their instructions, give them better company context, test them on real work, or connect them into a useful handoff. This is a platform-agnostic build day. Use ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, OpenClaw, Hermes, v0, Cursor, GitHub, n8n, Custom GPTs, Claude Projects, bots, skills, workflows, automations, or your own agent framework. Bring the tools you already know. The focus is on what each agent does and how the work moves between them. Depending on your project, you may use the day to: Turn customer research into a product brief and a prioritized build list. Build or improve an agent that designs, prototypes, or codes part of your product. Give a QA agent a real feature to test and a clear way to report problems. Draft a landing page and the tasks needed to publish it. Connect a product agent to a builder, tester, or launch agent. Decide which launch signals you will track and what you will do with them. You can build for an existing business, a startup you are launching, a consulting or agency offer, a side project, a client project, or an idea you want to test. A fictional example works too if you want to practise first. How the build day works The day begins with a guided, hands-on agent-building session. We will help you: Pick the product or launch job that matters most to your project. Define what the agent owns, what it needs, and what it should produce. Give it the right project context and instructions. Build it in your chosen platform. Test it on a real brief, feature, page, or workflow. Improve the result or connect it to another agent. After the guided session, the room opens into a full AI build day. Keep working on your agents, build your app or startup, collaborate with other builders, or get help when you are stuck. Drop in for part of the day or stay for the full session. You probably will not build the entire product and launch team in one day. Build one or two useful roles in the room, then use the complete November build guides and templates to finish the others. You will also have access to our Discord for questions, feedback, and troubleshooting between Cafés. Bring your work to the demo time There is time set aside for optional demos. You can show an agent you built or improved that day, a prototype, an app or company you are working on, or a problem you want feedback on. You do not need a polished presentation. Show what works, what you learned, or where you are stuck. Three connected build days October 2: Build Your AI Founding Team. Coordinate work, organize company knowledge, research the market, and turn ideas into priorities. November 6: Build Your AI Product and Launch Team. Create the product brief, prototype, build, quality checks, launch materials, and first measurement loop. December 4: Build Your AI Revenue and Operations Team. Find customers, follow up, support them, and keep the business running. The Cafés run on the first Friday of each month. Each one works on its own. Attending all three gives you more build time, guides, and community support to assemble a broader AI-powered company before 2027.
