AI Builder Café: Build Your AI Revenue & Operations Team Part 3 of Launch Your AI-Powered Business Before 2027 On December 4, build agents for the work that keeps a business moving: finding customers, following up, supporting them, and seeing what is working. Bring an existing company, a new business idea, an app, a consulting practice, or a project you plan to launch. You can continue the agents you built at earlier Cafés or start with the role your business needs most right now. Reserve your December 4 build seat and finish 2026 with useful business systems in motion. Build your revenue and operations team Choose from practical roles you can put to work: Product Marketer: sharpens your offer, audience, and message. Creative or Content Agent: turns that message into useful content and campaign drafts. Prospecting and Sales Agent: researches potential customers and prepares relevant outreach. CRM and Follow-Up Agent: keeps track of conversations and next steps. Customer Success and Support Agent: helps answer questions and spot customer needs. Finance and Operations Agent: organizes recurring business work and the numbers behind it. Marketing Analyst: reads campaign results and recommends what to test next. Self-Improvement Agent: reviews how your agents perform and suggests specific fixes. Already use an agent for marketing, sales, support, or operations? Bring it. Improve its instructions, give it better business context, test its output, or connect it to the next role in your workflow. This is a platform-agnostic build day. Use ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, OpenClaw, Hermes, v0, Cursor, GitHub, n8n, Custom GPTs, Claude Projects, bots, skills, workflows, automations, or your own agent framework. Bring the tools you already know. The focus is on what each agent owns, what it produces, and how the work moves between roles. Depending on your business, you may use the day to: Turn a rough offer into a clearer message for a specific customer. Build a content agent that drafts useful posts, emails, or campaign assets. Research prospective customers and prepare relevant, reviewable outreach. Set up a follow-up workflow so conversations do not get lost. Give a support agent real customer questions and test its answers. Organize a recurring finance or operations task. Review marketing results and decide what to test next. Create a way to inspect agent outputs and improve weak instructions. You can build for an existing company, a startup, an agency or consulting practice, a side project, a client project, or a business idea. A fictional example works if you want to practise before using real company information. How the build day works We begin with a guided, hands-on agent-building session. We will help you: Choose one customer, revenue, or operations job worth building. Define the agent's goal, inputs, outputs, and handoff to a person or another agent. Give it the business context and instructions it needs. Build or improve it in your chosen platform. Test it on a real offer, customer question, lead, or business task. Review the result and improve the agent or connect it to the next step. Then the room opens into a full AI build day. Keep working on your agents, company, app, or automations alongside other builders. Collaborate, ask for help, or focus on your own project. Drop in for part of the day or stay for the full session. You probably will not build the entire revenue and operations team in one day. Build one or two useful roles in the room, then use the complete December build guides and templates to finish the others. You will also have access to our Discord for questions, feedback, and troubleshooting after the Café. Bring your work to the demo time Optional demos are part of the day. Show an agent you built or improved, the business or app you are working on, an automation that now works, or a problem you want the room to help solve. No polished pitch is needed. Show what works, what you learned, or where you are stuck. Three connected build days October 2: Build Your AI Founding Team. Coordinate work, organize company knowledge, research the market, and turn ideas into priorities. November 6: Build Your AI Product and Launch Team. Turn the plan into a product or workflow, test it, and prepare the launch. December 4: Build Your AI Revenue and Operations Team. Find customers, follow up, support them, read the numbers, and run the business. The Cafés run on the first Friday of each month. December completes the three-part Launch Your AI-Powered Business Before 2027 series. Each Café works on its own, so you can join this session even if you missed October or November. What you will receive The complete December agent build guides and reusable instructions. Example inputs, outputs, and tests for each role. Templates for handoffs between marketing, sales, support, and operations. Help adapting the roles to your preferred tools. Access to the community Discord for follow-up questions. The open build day and optional demo time. AI Builder Café is for founders, business owners, developers, automation engineers, consultants, agency operators, technical and non-technical operators, and people building their first serious agent. You are welcome if you already have agents, and you are welcome if you want help starting a new business workflow. Bring a laptop and charger, access to your preferred AI tools, and one customer, revenue, or operations workflow to work on. Existing prompts, agent instructions, customer questions, sales notes, process documents, or marketing results are useful. Headphones are recommended. Choose how to join Guided Build Session Ticket: direct help during the structured agent-building session, plus the full build day, guides, Discord support, and optional demos.
